The job
How it goes
The truck carries fill valves, flappers, supply lines, angle stops, disposals and cartridges for the common faucet brands, so we can usually fix it while we're there.
We also look around the repair. If high pressure wore out the toilet valve, the next one will go the same way, and we'll tell you. Nobody here works on commission, so we don't add work that isn't needed.

Small repairs usually get done the same visit. Bigger jobs get a start date we keep. Permitted where needed, and the house left clean.

- Do you fix it the same visit?
- Almost always. If it needs a part we don't carry, you get the price and the wait before we order it.
- Can you repair an old faucet?
- Yes, if the body's sound and the brand still makes the cartridge. Some no-name big-box faucets have no cartridge you can buy, so those get replaced.
- Can you replace a toilet with one I bought?
- Yes. We set it with a new wax ring, supply line and bolts. We can also supply the toilet.
- What if the problem is bigger than a repair?
- We stop, tell you what we found and give you the new price in writing before going on.
