The price before the work
Repairs are our time plus parts, and you get the number before anything’s opened up. Nobody here is on commission, so nothing gets added unless it needs doing.

We leave the house the way we found it
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and the old parts hauled away. Same shop and same number when you call next year.

Repairs, drains, leaks,
water heaters and bigger jobs
- 01 Plumbing repairs Toilets, faucets, disposals, angle stops, hose bibs and shower valves, usually fixed in one visit.
- 02 Drain cleaning Sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, laundry lines and the main. If it keeps coming back, we'll tell you why.
- 03 Sewer camera inspection & sewer repair We look with a camera before anyone digs, then do the spot repair, cleanout or new run.
- 04 Leak detection & repair We find the leak before anything's opened up. Walls, ceilings, floors, slabs and yards.
- 05 Slab leak repair The most common serious leak we see in the Conejo Valley, fixed with a spot repair or a reroute.
- 06 Water heater repair & replacement Tank repairs and replacements, including the strapping, venting, expansion tank and permit.
- 07 Tankless water heaters Straight swaps and conversions from a tank, including the gas line, venting and permit.
- 08 Copper & PEX repiping Whole-house repipes in copper or PEX. Your water's off a few hours at a time.
- 09 Gas line installation & repair New lines for a BBQ, range, fire pit or pool heater, plus leak repair and tankless upsizing.
- 10 Water pressure regulators High pressure is behind many fixture failures here. A regulator brings it down to what the house was built for.
- 11 Kitchen & bathroom remodel plumbing Rough-in and finish plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms and additions, worked from the drawings.

- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We're a California C-36 plumbing contractor, CSLB #339618, bonded and insured. The license number is on the truck and every invoice.
- How does pricing work?
- You get the price before we start. Repairs are our time plus parts. Remodels, repipes and additions get a written bid. Nobody here works on commission.
- How fast can you get here?
- Often the same day in the towns around the shop. Tell us what it's doing and we'll give you a time. If it's actively leaking, shut the water off at the main first.
- Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
- No, we're not a 24-hour shop. If something's leaking at night, shut off the main and call us first thing in the morning.
- Is the work guaranteed?
- One year on our labor and thirty days on drain clearing, plus the manufacturer's warranty on any part we install.
