What brought us out.
Several sinks at this Westlake Village home needed attention, along with a section of copper piping in the garage. I handled this visit.
What we did.
In the primary bathroom, I installed the owner’s replacement spout on the right-hand sink and fitted two new push-style pop-up drain assemblies. Those are the sink stoppers you press to open and close.
I also cleared the right-hand sink drain in the upstairs guest bathroom. In the powder room, I installed another pop-up assembly and straightened the faucet handles. In the garage, I shortened the copper water loop and removed the green section of pipe.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $620.74. The primary bathroom faucet spout was supplied by the owner.
