What brought us out.
The children’s bathroom at this Santa Monica home was getting a new toilet. I installed a Gerber Viper with a soft-close seat, which lets the seat lower gently instead of dropping shut.
What we did.
The installation included the new toilet seals and water connection. While I was there, I also removed a small rock from the kitchen garbage disposal. That was something lodged inside the disposal that needed to come out; we didn’t replace the disposal on this visit.
The total for everything we did was $636.32.
I’m always glad to take care of a smaller issue while I’m already there for the main job.
