- Westlake Village We've worked on Westlake Village houses since 1977. Almost all of them sit on a slab, and that shapes most of our calls. The shop is here · 91361

- Agoura Hills Agoura Hills has two halves: Old Agoura, horse property on big lots north of the freeway, and Conejo Valley slab tracts to the south. Seven minutes · 91301
- Oak Park Oak Park is unincorporated, so permits go through Ventura County. That trips up contractors used to the Los Angeles side of the hill. Ten minutes · 91377

A note on distance
There are two of us, so we keep the work close to home. That’s what lets Dan say “this afternoon” and mean it. Outside these five places, call anyway. For a repipe or a remodel we’ll go further.

- What areas do you cover?
- Westlake Village, east Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park and Lake Sherwood: zip codes 91361, 91362, 91301 and 91377. Most of it is ten minutes from the shop. If you're just outside, call and ask.
- How does pricing work?
- You get the price before we start. Repairs are our time plus parts. Remodels, repipes and additions get a written bid. Nobody here works on commission.
- How fast can you get here?
- Often the same day in the towns around the shop. Tell us what it's doing and we'll give you a time. If it's actively leaking, shut the water off at the main first.
