What brought us out.
A toilet was running at this Sherman Oaks property. Dave checked it and found that the clip holding the American Standard flush-valve gasket had loosened and come off.
What we did.
He reattached the clip and reset the gasket. After testing and flushing the toilet, it ran well with no leaks. The repair used the existing parts rather than replacing the whole toilet.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $295.
