The owner at this Thousand Oaks home had a toilet for the powder room that needed installing. Dave and I handled the installation.
What we did.
We fitted the owner’s toilet with a new wax seal, bolts, flexible water connector, and caulking. The seal connects the toilet to the drain beneath it, while the bolts secure it in place.
The toilet was supplied by the owner, so this total covers our installation and the connection materials.
