The older houses by the water take longer, since the plumbing there has been added to over the years. Dan picks up when he can.

We also look around the repair. If high pressure wore out the toilet valve, the next one will go the same way, and we'll tell you. Nobody here works on commission, so we don't add work that isn't needed.

Several irrigation leaks on one property, all from street pressure with no regulator on that side. Over two visits we installed an irrigation shutoff, a house shutoff, a pressure regulator and a relief valve, then repaired the leaks and replaced three sprinkler valves.
