What brought us out.
Water was leaking under the kitchen sink at this Santa Monica home. Dave and I traced it to the basket strainer connection.
What we did.
The basket strainer is the fitting at the bottom of the sink where water enters the drain. We replaced it and some of the piping underneath to correct the leak.
Repairing that connection keeps used water in the drain system instead of letting it escape into the sink cabinet.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $359.91.
