What brought us out.
The primary bathroom toilet was loose at this Malibu home. I found a broken closet bolt on the right side, so I removed the toilet and installed a new set of bolts and a new wax seal.
What we did.
I reset the toilet and caulked around the base. The bolts hold it in place, while the wax seal connects it to the drain underneath.
