What brought us out.
The back guest bathroom at this Thousand Oaks home was getting a new toilet. I removed the old one and installed a Toto Ultramax II.
What we did.
The installation included a new wax seal, water supply connector, caulking, and a soft-close seat. The seal and connection are part of getting the new toilet fitted into the existing plumbing, and the soft-close seat lowers gently instead of dropping shut.
The total for this visit was $849.86.
