The island was built out in the seventies on slab, with copper in the concrete. Many have since been rebuilt or gutted, so one lot has fifty-year-old pipe under the floor and the next has new PEX and two tankless heaters. A remodel is often only partly new, so first we find out which lines you've got.
Lakefront lots add long runs to a dock or patio kitchen. Bigger rebuilds have recirculation loops, and an unbalanced loop leaves the far bathroom cold. We clear the gate beforehand so the truck isn't stuck at the guardhouse.
