What North Ranch
is plumbed with
North Ranch grew up around the country club starting in 1974, with late-seventies customs and gated nineties estates. One house might have two or three water heaters, a recirculation loop, and lines to the pool equipment and a guest house. Hardly any of it was written down.
On the higher streets, pressure runs well above what fixtures are built for, and a dead regulator lets it straight into the house. The older tracts are on slab with copper in it, now forty to fifty years old.
Around here: North Ranch Country Club Estates, the streets off Kanan and Valley Spring, the country club, the newer gated pockets toward Lang Ranch.
