The job
How it goes
Rough-in happens before the walls close: drains, vents, water lines to the new fixture spots, the shower valve or tub. On a slab house, moving a toilet or shower drain means cutting concrete, so that's on the bid up front. We're there for the inspection.
Finish plumbing comes once tile and cabinets are in. We set the fixtures, yours or ones we source, from toilets and faucets to the pot filler and tub filler, then test everything and close out the permit.
The written bid lists every move, addition and opening, with a price for each, and contractors get the same bid you do. Additions and ADUs are the same work, bigger, with a new sewer connection and water line.

- Yes, and to their schedule. Most of our remodels come through contractors and designers. We work for homeowners too.
- Can we keep the plumbing where it is?
- Usually. Keeping the toilet and shower on their existing drains means the slab stays whole. We'll price each move so you can decide.
- Who supplies the fixtures?
- Either. If you pick your own, we'll tell you what to look for so the rough-in matches.
- What inspections are involved?
- Rough before the walls close and final after the fixtures are in. We book them and we're there.
