What brought us out.
The two tankless water heaters in the garage at this Malibu home were due for service. I flushed and descaled both heat exchangers and cleaned their water and air filters.
What we did.
The heat exchanger is the part that transfers heat to the water. Descaling removes buildup inside it, and cleaning the filters is another part of keeping the heaters maintained.
I also added drip legs to the gas supply, adjusted the time on the control panels, and checked for gas leaks with a digital gas reader.
The total for everything I did on this visit was $391.84.
