Dan’s job notes
What brought us out.
A water line was leaking in the slab at this Simi Valley home. Dave and I met with the leak detection company to identify the source before deciding how to tackle it.
What we did.
We rerouted the copper water line from the water meter area to the back of the garage, bypassing the leaking section under the slab. We secured the new copper line to the wall.
That reroute gives the water a new path around the problem section. Finding the source first helped us keep the work focused on the line that needed attention.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $2,469.42.
A clear diagnosis helps make the repair plan a lot more straightforward.
No jackhammer.
Running new copper along the wall leaves the slab alone. The leaking pipe under the floor is simply taken out of service.
