What Old Agoura
is plumbed with
Old Agoura kept its rural layout: houses set well back, barns and outbuildings, and raised foundations over a crawlspace. We can reach a leak under the house without cutting concrete. The catch is distance. A water service or sewer lateral can run a few hundred feet, and a long run usually fails mid-lot.
Some parcels are still on septic, and only the house side of the tank is plumbing. Barns and stables add exposed hose bibs and wash-down lines that split in a cold week.
