What Hidden Valley
is plumbed with
Hidden Valley is an equestrian community of large parcels with no public water. Each property runs its own well, with a pump, a pressure tank and often a storage tank. Low pressure or no water is as likely to be the well as the plumbing, so first we tell them apart.
Every property is on septic. Lines run through open ground to barns, stables, a guest house and the arena, and a cold night can split a fitting. A long-run leak shows up as a wet patch far from the fault, or a pump that won't stop.
