What brought us out.
There was moisture in a wall at this Malibu home, so Dave looked for possible sources nearby. Outside the wall, he found an unwanted sprinkler head and short condensation drains.
What we did.
He capped the unwanted sprinkler line and extended the condensation drains so they would drip to the ground instead of running along the wall. The visit addressed those nearby sources; we did not determine from the notes that the wall is already dry.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $307.78.
