What brought us out.
The first-floor basin sink at this Los Angeles home was stopped up, and several outside drains needed clearing too. Dave and I handled this one.
What we did.
We cleared the sink stoppage and the area drains along the side of the house. There were plenty of roots and sand in those outdoor lines. After clearing them, we tested with water and confirmed it ran to the street.
We also cleaned the gutters and snaked their drain lines. Keeping those routes open helps water leave the property instead of collecting around the house.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $1,600.
