Dan’s job notes
What brought us out.
This Beverly Hills home had a slow guest bathroom sink and a few other plumbing items to work through. Dave and I handled the drains along with setup and adjustments on the existing equipment.
What we did.
We snaked the main drain line from the rear of the house and cleaned out the slow sink drain. Clearing those lines helps wastewater move away from the fixtures instead of sitting in the basin or backing up.
At the front of the house, we connected the existing Moen Flo valve to its app. We also reset the Noritz tankless heater’s circulation pump through the control panel. That pump circulates hot water through the plumbing so it’s closer to the fixtures when needed.
The total for everything on this visit was $400.
A service visit can be a good time to work through several small issues with the systems already in place.
Several small fixes, one visit.
The drains, the valve’s app, and the pump all belonged to equipment the home already had.
