Clogged roof gutters needed clearing at this Pacific Palisades home so rainwater could drain away properly.
What we did.
Dave and I removed the leaves, debris, and blockages, then flushed the gutters with a garden hose. We checked the flow afterward and confirmed the water was draining without obstructions. Keeping that path clear helps reduce the chance of water overflowing where it shouldn’t.
Under the kitchen sink, we capped the old dishwasher air-gap line. We also helped the Gas Company technician with tasks during their visit.
The total for everything on this visit was $606.95.
