What brought us out.
Roots, dirt, and debris needed clearing out of the outdoor drainage at this Malibu home, and the bathrooms needed a few checks as well.
What we did.
Dave and I snaked the area drains near the office patio in two directions and removed roots and dirt. We also cleaned four drain basins along the driveway. Keeping those paths clear gives runoff somewhere to go instead of letting debris get in the way.
Inside, we filled and tested three jetted bathtubs. All three worked, so they didn’t need a plumbing repair. We cleaned several faucet aerators and tracked down a lower shower body spray that wasn’t working. Debris in the line was the problem; we cleared it and reinstalled the spray to correct it.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $900.
