What brought us out.
The customer called because the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry drains were having ongoing drainage issues, and the old piping under the house needed to be replaced.
What we did.
Dave and I handled this one in Canoga Park. We spent the day under the house removing the old drain lines and installing new piping for all three areas. Dave really came through and brought his A game.
Once everything was connected, we tested the system to make sure it was draining properly and there were no leaks.
While we were there, we noticed the water level at the backyard cleanout was unusually high, which could point to an issue with the septic system or leach field. That wasn’t part of this job, but we recommended having a septic company take a look.
The total for this job was $3,000.
