What brought us out.
Water was backing up at a primary bathroom sink in this Culver City building, and there was also rusted drain piping above the laundry area that needed attention.
What we did.
My team and I opened the drain piping in the garage and found a section in very poor condition. We removed it and installed new 2-inch cast iron pipe. Above the laundry area, we replaced about six feet of deteriorated pipe and fittings and added an access panel so that area will be easier to reach for future service.
While we were there, we also relit the pilot in the men’s sauna and checked the gas system with a digital leak detector. No gas leaks were found during that check.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $2,560.53.
