What brought us out.
The first-floor toilet at this Santa Monica property needed clearing. Dave hand-snaked it several times, about six feet into the line. He tested it with repeated flushes and toilet paper; it was flushing well afterward.
What we did.
Upstairs, he adjusted the chain on another toilet handle and tested that flush too.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $200.
