$1,370.59 Two Tankless Water Heater Flushes and Bathroom Repairs

What brought us out.

This Malibu home had two tankless water heaters to service and several bathroom fixtures that needed attention. Dave and I handled them together on this visit.

What we did.

We circulated descaling solution through both Noritz tankless heaters and cleaned their domestic water filters. That service removes mineral buildup inside the units and helps keep the water passages clear.

In the primary bathroom, we cleaned and lubricated both sink stopper mechanisms so they could move more smoothly, and tightened the loose handles and spout. We also added a basket to the shower drain to catch hair and make routine cleaning easier.

In the guest bathroom, we replaced both ceramic disk stems in the wall-mounted faucet and tested it afterward. No leaks were found.

The total for everything we did on this visit was $1,370.59.
