Dan’s job notes
What brought us out.
The small electric water heater serving an office bathroom hand sink in West Hills was leaking and needed replacing.
What we did.
Dave handled this one for us. He picked up, supplied, and installed a new six-gallon electric water heater, along with new flexible water connections.
He powered it on and confirmed it was heating up, with no leaks found. The new heater supplies hot water for the hand sink without needing a full-size tank for that location.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $998.56.
A small water heater still needs the same careful attention to its connections and startup.
Sized for the sink.
One hand sink doesn’t need a 40-gallon tank. A six-gallon heater fits the space and heats only what gets used.
