Services
Residential work in the Conejo Valley. Small repairs, planned projects, and the jobs under the slab that most shops would rather not open up.
Danny picks up when he can, and calls back the same day. Say what it is doing and you will usually have a rough answer, and a price, in two minutes.

Running toilets, dripping faucets, disposals, angle stops, hose bibs, shower valves. Priced before we start and usually done in one visit.
02
Kitchen sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, laundry lines and the main line. Cleared, tested, and if it keeps coming back we tell you why.
03
A camera down the line shows what is there before anyone digs. Then a spot repair, a new cleanout, or a new run.
04
Finding where the water is coming from before anything is opened up. Walls, ceilings, floors, slabs and yards.
05
Copper under the concrete is the most common serious leak we see in the Conejo Valley. We find it, then repair the spot or reroute the line.
06
Tank replacements and repairs, with the parts of the job that get skipped on a cheap quote: strapping, venting, the expansion tank, the permit.
07
Straight swaps and conversions from a tank. The unit is the easy part; the gas line, the venting and the permit are the job.
08
Whole-house repipes in copper or PEX when the original pipe has had enough. Sequenced so your water is only off a few hours at a time.
09
New runs to a BBQ, a range, a fire pit or a pool heater. Leak testing and repair. Upsizing for a tankless. Pressure tested, permitted, inspected.
10
High water pressure is behind a large share of the fixture failures in this valley. A regulator brings it down to what the house was built for.
11
Rough-in and finish plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms and additions. We work to the drawings, coordinate with your other trades and pull the permits.
On the job
How it goes
Danny picks up when he can, and calls back the same day. Tell him what it is doing and where.
We come out, find the cause and show you. In plain words, with the part in our hand where there is one.
Before anything starts. Repairs are our time plus parts, and the bigger jobs get a written bid. Nobody here is on commission.
Small repairs are usually done the same visit. Bigger jobs get a start date and a number of days, and we hold to it. Done to code, permitted where it needs it, the house left the way we found it.
