The owner at this Santa Monica home needed their gas dryer installed, including its steam connection. Dave handled this one for us.
What we did.
He connected the dryer, cleaned 20 feet of dryer vent, and started the machine. He checked for leaks, found none, and confirmed the dryer ran well. Cleaning the vent helps give the dryer a clear path for its exhaust.
While he was there, Dave also flushed the owner’s gas water heater. Flushing is part of maintaining the tank and removing material that can collect inside it.
The total for everything we did on this visit was $295.
